Verve Consulting is business consulting, system integration and managed services firm serving multinational corporation, medium-sized business, government agencies and other organizations. We have alliances with key technology providers that support and compliment our service offerings. We work with our alliance partners to develop comprehensive solutions to common business issues, offer the expertise required to deliver those solutions, lead in the development of new products, capitalize on joint marketing opportunities and remain at the forefront of technology advances.

Verve consulting Sdn Bhd (Company No: 509137-X), a private limited company which is incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 (Act 125), which is registered and business address at F-1-11, Plaza Crystalville, PT 53396 Vita 1, Lingkaran Cyberpoint Timur, Cyber 12, Cyberjaya. The main objective for which the Verve Consulting is established are:

1. To carry on the business of agents, representative, processors, importers, exporters, distributors, purchasers, sellers and dealer in all sort of data-processing equipment, computer supplies, accessories, software package, computer hardware and computer network. 
2. To carry on the business of cyber Cafe and do anything necessary or ancillary to the satisfactory conduct of this business
3. To provide consulting and advisory services to network consultant existing and potential users of data-processing equipment including conversation and mechanization of business and technical procedure into data-processing specification writing and tender evaluation, implementation and programming services, personal advisory services and sale promotion services.
