Verve have established a strong network of agent companies throughout Malaysia to provide technical support on our Managed VPN Service. To leverage on this strength, we have designed a package to specifically provide preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services for service for customers outstation sites.

Under this package, we provide a periodic preventive maintenance service visit according to customer requirements. This can be done on a 3 or 6 months interval basis. During every visit, customers will be advised on potential equipment problem such as on pc, printer, server and etc

 

 We can also attend to troubleshooting problem for pc, printers or servers. Charges will be per visit, not inclusive equipment replacement. List of our nationwide technical agents is attached
